Auckland I would say definitely. Not sure about Wellington. South Island should go to lvl 1 but no travelling outside of the island. Cities and towns not affected by Covid in the north island should go to lvl 1, no travelling outside of their cities or town. Wellington and other places that have mild coverage of Covid lvl 3 no travelling outside of city or town.
If fat means flavour then I'm ******* delicious!

^I'm not sure but I think Wellington might stay at level 4 too.

Update: Auckland stay at level 4 for another week at least.

Rest of the country stay at level 4 until Friday night at least.
