Is there anything that if a friend does, you should automatically stop being friends with that person such as starts smoking, breaks the law, gets a tatoo, piercing?

Your questions really got me thinking. First of all I think you definitely shouldn't stop being someones friend if they start smoking, get a tattoo or piercing. Also depends on what type of law they broke if i'd abandon them. Met most of my friends in high school just by randomly starting a conversation with them. Now that i'm in University it gets much harder to make new friends because schedules change every semester. I have made a few friends in University and this was mainly because I had group projects with the people and had similar interests.

Consistently going to the same places (especially if the places involve doing something you like) is what I've been told is a good way to make friends. However, I've never tried it, so I couldn't say.

I guess most people make friends through education. Which I unfortunately didn't.

I believe that trust is a key element of friendship.

To me, a true friend is one that can be trusted with anything.

I believe that friendships form when people get to know each other, trust each other and have similar interests.

For example, I consider all my friends to be trustworthy, we have known each other for a long time and we all share similar hobbies. :)

Friendship is like Life, It's hard to explain entirely but occurs natullary..
