It is a subcategory in cooking, I don't ignore your earlier comment of way back. Wher you said a butcher is different than a cook. But lets look to this, someone who can use a bow is way different than a crossbow. Yet both ranging, also fishing. Ther is a difference in fishing sharks or shrimps, methodes e.d. same goes for construction. So basically it's just a subcategory in cooking.

Well support for the idea though, but not for a new skill but a sub category in cooking.
