What jagex could do is simply like they did in dungeoneering (Gluttonous behemoth)
once a monster is killed have the carcass. The player then will have the option to butcher his kill into sections for cooks. Not all monsters of runescape would be this style only certain monsters of runescape will have a carcass . Similar to slayer limiting the type. Could be limited to a few special parts I'm not a butcher or chef. Would take a little research probably. But, maybe sirlon(like currently), intestines for sausage, Ribs, Flank (for jerky). Also could require the butcher skill to remove the hides. Only down fall of this idea is some people maybe a little grossed out. I still think it has potiental if jagex does it right. Not sure though about it being a fun skill though. Maybe you could get more hides off a dragon if you are a talented butcher. And the quality would be better as u level.
