I dont really see this as worth being a skill by its self but I could see it added as part of cooking after all why is it that all the good foods in runescape are fish of some kind. Why cant we have high level beef & pork items and eat like real men?!
So in short I give you half a support.

Thanks for the continued support here even if its just partial in some cases.
The real goal of the Butchery idea was to get us better foods with varied bonuses.
What I don't understand is the reluctance to having this a new skill.
With the possible intricacies involved like different knives, different butcher blocks, having POH options and butchery shop locations, different levels of meat obtained and different success rates, different processes like smoking and curing (which are typically the job of a butcher rather than that of a cook or chef), I just see this easily more involved than skills like firemaking, fishing, fletching, woodcutting, and mining.
And cooking already has to be in most elaborate skill in the entire game.
With a new skill coming out every 2 years or so I just don't understand.

Was sceptical at first about this, but it looks pretty good actually. Although 1 thing: Dragon carcass would have to be part of it, like a leg or paw or torso (something like that) Because i can't see it making sense if you've got a huuge carcass in your bag.

I rather like this idea of Butchery.
I'm baffled as to why so many people seem to be confused by it, you've explained it very clearly several times, and I've only read a few of the pages.
The only thing I will say though, even though others have said it already; I don't know whether or not Jagex would go for this.
Yes, cooking and butchery are different, and yes, butchers don't generally cook and cooks don't generally practice butchery, but in terms of actually carrying out the skill, several parts are too similar to other skills I think.
It sounds sort of like a combination of training cooking and fletching/herblore.
Although on the other hand, several other skills are quite similar in practice; such as woodcutting and mining/fishing, fletching/herblore, etc., so you never know how Jagex would react when presented with this idea.
I still love this idea though, just saying I don't know how viable/marketable it is.

i like that to...i was also thinking about free style cooking...instead of mix this with that and u get this. mix w/e u want and see if it works. if u happen to make a bad combo it wont heal much hp or none at all. Like cooking in real life.
