i agree because being based totaly sux, but it totally rules wen ur the opposing team
but theres a problem with the tunneling idea:
if the enemy discovers wat fog patch, its just as bad as being based; this can be solved by being put randomly among the fog patches
they could also have ladders that lead up to a network of walkways only vissable/assecable to your team, and require a certian construction level to build. these ladders would allow your to have a connection between your main base/barricades on your side throughout the field
I support the idea for players recieving small amounts of damage for being near the opposition base, though i'm not sure about the tunnel idea.
Another idea could be to remove protect item from the game, so that one-iteming daggers would no longer work.
I would like to remind any players who are unaware, there is actually non-combat stealing creation clans out there.

I actually have a solution for being "based" on my thread of stealing creation too and it has to do with farming check it out if you're interested.
This tunnels idea seems alright though there has to be some kind of effect while using it like losing all your run energy immediately after exiting or something?
