This is actually possible without switching. The prayer switch seems to be on a rotation, so you just have to hit Akrisae 7-8 times before you start doing damage again.

Oh really. Thanks! Not as intricate a suggestion as I'd hoped for then. Ah well. Bizarre Boron Fusswell, scryer extraordinaire. OSRS: POH ideas & RS3 minigames & achievement ideas !
