Dabeast*, It isn't getting to Varrock that is the issue, its getting back to where you were that frequently takes time.
Please read my comments on this specific point on the bottom of page 6.

Im F3p right now, was P2P, he told me to log into a member world to get rid of the member items, so... explain that.

YES oh god yes! I had troubles starting the dungeoneering skill when I had to drop lots of items to get everything to bank.
