Oh, to your idea: "He could review your bank inventory and list for you all the quest related items that no longer have any future use. Like Keys, glass, books, passes, lists, maps etc.", I would add "and are replaceable," for there is no real way to know what may have future use, though, any more, nearly all quest items can be replaced...

What if the adviser also flagged items taking two spaces that could be consolidated. For example, having both uncut and cut gems (you could cut the uncuts, freeing up 4 (or up to 9), if you roll like that) spaces, or having both grimy and clean herbs.

I really like this one. But things like:

* He could list for you all your items that could be stored in your player owned home. (and maybe for a fee deliver them all there).
may take time to fully implement as what could be delivered/stored would be highly individual to a players constructions level and what they have built.

On most quest items and a few of others if you click on them give you option to destroy, when you click on destroy it will let you know if you can get another and where.
I keep a log by using notepad of items I get rid of and where to get if its needed again on my desktop.
Also item lookup helps and it will state if keepable or not.
I have a thread you might want to read Rs houses it might help with your problem too.

I like these ideas, however the runner doesn't make much sense to me seeing as most of us can teleport to varrock or the grand exchange(with easy varrock achievements completed) if we are in that much of a hurry to sell something. But other than that I support!
