Are you really trolling? With every meme image, you can click the title to show the parent meme article the meme belongs to.
The image you claim to be a meme is an image used in a parent article that isn't about a meme. It's used as background information on a piece of culture of which certain parts are referenced in memes. That does not mean the image itself is also a meme.

I'm also not saying 9/11 is a meme.

What is memed in the name of the achievement is the stupidity of conspiracy theorists. It might as well have been something that laughs at flat-earthers, moon landing denialists, Karens or people who think they should have used the eagles to fly to Mordor. Kings Eastwood in
