Bumping this up, as an expression of my undying acknowledgement of the help that Community Helpers have been rendering to the RSOF Community.

I'm pinning the hope that my now, the Community Helpers proved their critics wrong - and their existence is now highly justified beyond reasonable doubt.

Agree. It's a great and simple way of increasing the quality of customer service for Jagex and to recognize the efforts of those dedicated players helping others.

Had an issue earlier and the community helper team were quick to respond with a solution. The team are doing an amazing job providing help to those whi need it.

I feel it has made a difference on forums, expecially for players that may be fustetated by an account, billing or tech issue. They are able to get fast replies because of you guys, keep up the awesome job.

I like the Community Helpers. There are some that go above and beyond, and there are some that do squat, but there are none who represent the initiative poorly through not just neutral, but negative actions or behavior. Keep up the good work and maintain that standard.

, the way a lot of us see it is that if you are good at something, why not use it to better the community in any way you can. A bigger shout out should go to Jagex for giving us the support structure to help you guys, Jagex do actively contribute to the grow and development of this program so a lot of it is also their hard work.

I'm personally thankful for the players that trust our judgement when we are helping them, especially in tech where a lot of the players put their faith in the steps that we give not to cause them more harm then good. A Jagex Verfied Community Helper
