I'd rather a per world trade chat. And/or localized negotiation chat that is opened once a trade screen has commenced for use in the GE.
Can be hard to communicate sometimes in w2 without PM's..

And good luck right clicking their name in chat to get that going without it being one of the few that can have pm's open w/o rwt/scam spam
In the membrane.

Has anyone heard more about max gp increase or different currency?

I saw a clip of a JMod stream that mentioned it is something they are working on. They mentioned they're aware of the challenges with the max cash limit.

Not sure this would really change the prices of rares all that much. Curious what others think

I can't see any change in rares even if Jagex add a different stable currency.

Rares go up and down with the weather. :P

Manip! Lol JK! :P

This is so true... the inherent value of these highly sought after items won’t change- people are going to want to own one (or many) whether or not the max cash is changed. Maybe some short term volatility but over time these items should stabilize at prices that reflect how much people desire them. (Which from what I’ve seen is strong desire)!

If rares come back into ge (with a new currency), I feel like margins will absolutely shrink and manipulation will become more difficult, but prices won't necessarily crash. The inherent value is there from the scarcity. There isn't a line up of people waiting to sell blue party hats at a lower price.

Yes people hate dealing with party hat flippers for sales, but that's because they feel like they're getting ripped off and don't want to sell their blue party hat for 40b when they could maybe get 43. They aren't lining up to sell them for a lower price when it is more convenient.
