Managing Miscellania rework I cannot for the life of me manage to catch Covid. Perhaps it's because I didn't get vaxxed? The travails of those lacking immunity.

Thats the issue these days with rares. They and this is my own opnion have just out priced themselves and the general player who would like 1 now just can't afford any. I'm just happy I have my collection now as I would not buy any at todays prices. I just couldn't afford them. (I could but don't want too)
Jagex could sell new rares at a temporary shop. This would take gp out of the game.
Then, when the event ends, the shop disappears.
The shop could even return a few times, then vanish for good. This way, absolutely any player with the funds could buy new rares. Equal access for all.
I would support fully that idea of a shop.
It's 1 way to get rid of a lot of GP thats just hanging around in peoples banks lol.
Also Cheers Nick for the reply. 2 weeks temp glue did this thread a heap of good and now it will still carry on working well without the glue. Maybe 1 day it can be assessed for glue again.

A quick note regarding the previous "Sticky" nature of this thread.
This thread was made sticky as part of a trial to see if it helped. Though seemingly successful, Mods Poerkie and Impact opted to remove the stickiness due to the thread generally having enough traction to stay afloat on its own and how we typically save the glue for announcements and threads that need extra attention.
As a compromise however (and because I can see how much this means to various people), I'm now going to be monitoring this thread for 2 weeks without glue. If it proves to be as successful as it was with glue, we won't have a need to re-sticky it. If it looks like it needs a hand, I'm happy to re-apply the glue at the end of the experiment. It seems fitting that it had a trial with glue and it can now have a trial without it.
Hopefully this compromise works out and in a few weeks I'll be back to reassess how things have gone

Thank you Mod Kari I hope eventually this thread gets the glue again.
As a side note, can you update ge prices on many items? for example summer prize token is 60m mid ge price but is selling for 600m+ it would help with accurate pricing.
I need my blue charms back.
