simply went up because fortunate comps went up because of the new necklace.
Making the alchemic versions (onyx and hydrix) alot more expensive.
Taking into account there arent alot of clue hunters who would sell their stock because they might need it themselfs( i assume) the price wont drop anytime soon. but thats just a prediction. i used my own fortunate comps from elite clues to make 1 necklace and store some fortunate comps for later use.
A friend of mine make 2 necklaces for magic and melee for pvm.
So some players even make more than 1 for themselfs, which will take more fortunate comps out of the game.
trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.
