IMO i doubt this will truly affect much at the partyhat level apart from merchers essentially flipping the GE tax by buying up hats under a certain price and just reselling them on the street for an easy 1%. Lower rares and SOF stuff is going to significantly crash. They no longer have any real value as they were mainly inflated due to the partyhat market. I think only the BSH has any hope of retaining some value as it is significantly rarer than most lower rares and looks good cosmetically. Mass contributor to deaths coffers.

This could work, but every single phat hoarder would have to agree to do this. In reality, new entry buyers to the market will have 0 incentive to buy in street trade as opposed just buying straight from the GE to avoid scams.

Also another thing people are missing is the max item stack is NOT rising above 2.147B. Only the GE and coin pouch are increasing to 4.6 quintillion. This means that you cannot trade a gp value above 2.147m outside of the ge. So in person trades will still work as they do now. Where do you take a sick horse?

im really excited for these changes, but i think that the approach is not going to help out alot with the inflated prices, i think this is more about covering for the lowered death costs. i expect they will implement something else for items that are really expensive on the long run trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

Yeah I didn't fully understand the point behind that but as long as you can actually spend your billions in GE while also having the same in coin pouch works fine for me.
The action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired.

@city were on page 193 of the lounge and i think the lounge has been doing great!,

are we going to see a V2 after 200 pages?.
