So my question is, am I allowed to write who tried scamming me just now?
Don't worry, I reported him immediately but I'd like for people to know too so they can stay away from the person.

Nope sadly.
But you can if you have proof or really think they are trying to scam etc report them ingame under Scamming and Jagex will check them out.
It's worth a report even if you have to report them a few times as in every 60 seconds or so during the chat you have with them so Jagex get the big picture.
Good luck and always stay safe. Never fall for a scam. Will make you feel shitty for days.
