im really curious about the wealth evaluator too i really hope they will make it work like that.

also make sure to do alot of research and i recommend to check how many posts the player(s) have and if they got a screenshot of their sale, these 2 factors help me to determine if the trade is trustworthy. trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

I'm hoping it shows the price of things in the trade window too, instead of 'LOTS' etc.

Maybe that'll stop those pesky scammers who swap out 2,174M to 2,174K lol. Bob says:

Post count is fair but screenshot is really not that important as you can fake that pretty easily.
For example, I always posted sales without screenshots because I don't feel like it while I know the person who is often posting but fakes screenshots from time to time in order to increase the price of certain item.
The action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired.

Active supply should go up no?

Like before update the active supply was the traders in w2 and the people having a thread on the forum. This supply was very low and only came from few people. Often supply was non existent,like you want buy blue partyhat and noone was selling and you would spend days buying it.

But now everyone can put their hats in ge,you dont need be online anymore and spend all day in w2. So maybe there will be 10 or even 100 of each hat in ge , if only at very high price in the hope to make a lucky sell.

Demand wont rise as much i think. Once people had enough to buy a partyhat they went on to buy it and that wont change. Maybe merchants will put in more offers but those will be low offers.
And they can only make one offer if they buy a hat. Like before update if someone had say 100b they could advertise buy yellow,purple green or red partyhat. They could sort of make an offer on 4 different hats.
But 100b in ge,they can only make offer on 1 hat (now 2 as prices have dropped a bit).

I think rares will drop untill the update is live and once update is live they will go up again.
Merchants they know this supply is coming,so from their perspective the play sort of is in tricking this supply into selling to low.

I like the removal of max cash limit but Jagex better not screw with partyhat prices as they hinted. If they destroy the OG rares market I will quit. You HAVE to have expensive end game items and goals to work for. If you dont, then all you have is to buy BIS gear and then what will you do with you extra BILLIONS in cash? BIS gear is too easy and quick to buy.

I do wonder if they'll in-turn remove spirit shards as the current-extended currency. Whereas then, that would hypothetically inject, even further, so many more coins into the economy if bought from (but never again sold) the NPC. This then wouldn't really help much. Because, if there's a tax, shards might just remain the workaround.

Maybe I'm just overthinking it and need some air :P .

Hi Zorb,

The OG rares are still safe, no worries. I can image your feeling with your rares now.
It might be easier for them to grab via G.E, that's right.
People were also scared with the Duel Arena removal & that the new Golden Partyhat will make a Crash.
You know what the effect was on it , big drop, umm didn't remarque anthing about a drop.

Enjoy the rares u currently have mate.

Let the players, who are also finally getting the chance at a partyhat just at a low price.
The more people reach their goal, the smaller always the supply.

Everything will recover automatically.


much will happen in the coming time.

I'm going to be super happy when I see the graphs move back from the rares that are now at max limit.

still a pity that many say, they will leave when the partyhats are over.

Anyway, I understand you on one hand.
