People will really figure which promo gives the best xp/gp and buy 5.6b xp or whatever. I guess it's usually gp for bonds, but plenty are paying $$ for gp.

Anyway, I dunno that the game would still be here without mtx. Xp has gotten easier and easier as time passes. The game has always been about hype and reducing the value of past input (excluding rares).

One day the RS3 servers are switched off, and like RSC, they'll never again be turned on. So, I think we just need to have a bit of fun or erm do something else :D I cannot for the life of me manage to catch Covid. Perhaps it's because I didn't get vaxxed? The travails of those lacking immunity. :(

Jagex owns the only party hat, and they manip it themselves But I mean, we've all had fun playing the game.

The game has always been about hype. Phats were just about getting in early, before they went up. Jagex has actually done an amazing job, in at least some ways, of keeping the game relevant. I dunno if the smithing rework was good or bad, but that was some serious work. The quests are amazing. The PvM system might have been better if kept more the old way, but there's a lot of effort there.

We're, in a way, lucky the game is still around.

The games beaut, but jagex are pushing their luck with mtx

Dont know why you're targeting rs3 specifically but ok.

let's not reintroduce old rares; perhaps let us transfer rares from our rsc accs?

I am for adding new rares such as diamond, ruby, emerald, sapphire, pearl phats

argb rares would look amazing; rare which look like my 3090 white strix or trident royal memory

I know why they wanna reintroduce rares, it's cuz of price manip and I completely understand this but it'll do more harm than good

let's just add completely new rares to the game and move on

btw old rares are literally the og bitcoin; I would never sell mine irl but it's nice knowing that they have real world value. It makes the game more interesting

I support new scarf rare, blood, shadow pumpkins, golden holdable wine, etc

I would also love! the possibility of receiving "shiny" items
let's say there would be a 1/100k chance to get a rainbow or a gold item
I would pay 100b to have a golden/rainbow
