Trimmed completionist cape should also be changed too! That's just so unfair that you have to do all those requirements just to get a silly cape. The standard players, a gold crown of 2022, only that players need to wear that!
If only 100 pieces was introduced of the gold ones and they were double the price of the blue ones, there it was fighting for the newest of 2022.

when the black partyhat comes out with 250 pieces as an example.
Just watch them cry then, of I want those now, take my blue please for it!
They will beg by the new or poor players , please sell me, I'll pray for you.
It's all about the wealth of the player that they want to keep.
In fact, they don't care about returning it.
They want to remain the richest and more unique than others.
You guys are just 10x poorer in your mind than a 3 year old child crying having to give up his pacifier.
Jagex will laugh with their team, with reading all this threads.
They will find in future an idea to release your blue partyhat again, but at a smart idea:
1) To make any player happy
2) To make the biggest profit for their environment ever.
