Well what do you expect from playing a MMO?

A single player game?

So maybe what you should really be asking for are instanced quests but thats a really tall ask.

I;e, for jagex to go back and instance all quests.

Either way, just because you have personal issues with them isnt a reason to "cancel" them.

Besides, there is no point for the exact same retro items when we can just keepsake the retro items and use them.

I agree that they ultimately don't matter and that there are loads of other tings that need to be updated but that's not the point I'm making. I'm saying that it's a bad idea for Jagex to literally and intentionally put outdated graphics back INTO RS, especially when we have this artistic identity crisis already. You didn't read my original post. I made mention of those Yak Track cosmetics. I hate Yak Tracks with a fiery passion but I really like what they did with retro-themed cosmetics. I have no issue with those, just with retro cosmetics that literally port old models back into the game.

They are not putting outdated things to the modern RS3. The modern RS3 has already been developed under the idea of the past, the present and the future. We will have not just the retro items, but also the futuristic items coming into the game too. That's the idea of RS20 from last year.

Do you know we have keepsakes in RS3? Anybody can use a keepsake on a retro item and use it as a skin on their modern items already? This is already happening and has been happening for YEARS, so?

You do know i said the retro rune and bandos right?

So if anything, the ones mentioned on newspost will look like those.

Thus why you mentioned any of this nonsense is beyond me.

You do know not everything can be keepsaked right?

I mean AFAIK the previous model of the crystal bow, for those who never changed it, cant be.

Hence why its one of the voting options.

So stop trying to make keepsakes out as a failsafe.

It doesnt matter if they make it "free for everyone" as it still doesnt defeat the point that theres some things that cant be keepsaked.

How you're not understanding that is infuriating.

How you're not understanding they can release retro items in new content either for free or for members (e.g. in Yak Track) using the technologies they have already done, as well as whatever they release will not look the same as in OSRS because of different game engine, art styles, visual effects and such is extremely infuriating.
