Freneskae, released in the upcoming quest 'Fate of the Gods' is a new piece of environment described by mod mark as " the best piece of environmental and landscape work we have ever done ".
We can hope it's scaled for html5 and show us what they're capable of as a starter.

If the RS gameworld is going to be scaled up as the OP described, I might consider returning to play runescape again. But the scaling up needs to be pretty massive, otherwise it's not worth it.

P.S. Oh, and remove the freaking lodestone network.
