If you have watched the livestream you know iOS Mobile is definitely coming out. However, the beta will probably be very brief and probably most people can't get into it because of the 10k quota set by Apple so we may just ignore the beta.
Anyway, they said it on the livestream quite clear that pretty much everything is done except Apple has some pretty silly compliance like there can't be computer terminologies. Perhaps they still have to change them into plain English.
