Ah that does remind me of another possible reward...A new God Statue, in the shape of Armadyl, Kree'arra or a character from the quest.

Including a new Armadyl sculpting chisel.
It always annoyed me how there was no Armadyl statue, and Seren got hers with the Elf city so perhaps we can get an Armadyl statue with the bottle quest?

Graphically, you could use the Clan Citadel statue, though it's of OSRS Kree'arra. At the very least it can act as a placeholder.

Anything outside of the amulet?
= Raven =

The Amulet upgrade could retroactively happen if you take it to one of the quest NPCs after you've done Temple of Ikov and the quest both, just as a side reward, like the rewards for Missing, Presumed Death. No requirement, not even any allusions to the quest required, just a little bonus.

But as I proposed before, I desperately want some of the WE2 cosmetics, especially the claws. You could limit it to a choice of one or two of the options, that way those who participated still get more stuff out of it, but at least this way the only possible Armadylean cosmetic overrides for the 1h melee and 1h magic slots (keepsake keys included) wouldn't be locked behind an event that a ton of people missed, including Armadyl faithfuls like myself.

Ring of Feathers and Amulet of Feathers (or something like that)
Jewelry slot item that reduces weight.
(I couldn't resist, I'm not sure such a thing is really needed any more)

Armadyl Bird Pet
Mini-Armadyl Golem pet (WE2 golem shrunk down in size)
See if you can convince the MTX team to let you take the Archon outfit off of Treasure Hunter's Reward List and make it available post-quest?
Armadyl Banner - Remember the WE1 banners for Saradomin/Zammy? [you even have 1 on your jmod clone used in WE1 and The Gower Quest] Same design just with Aramdyl's logo on it. Cosmetic override for a Cape slot item or as a 0 stat item.

Suggestion 1:
Aviansie feather (drops from Aviansies)
When used to create arrows/bolts, gives a unique passive that deals extra damage to bird monsters (Phoenix, Warped terrorbirds, Aviansies, future bird monsters/boss etc)

Suggestion 2:
Feather of Armadyl (Pocket slot item)
Counts as an Armadyl item for GWD, Increases accuracy/critical strike chance for ranged weapons.
You can talk to NPCs associated to Armadyl at certain Ranged levels to upgrade your feather to higher tiers, much like the broomstick from Swept Away quest. Increases a lot more of accuracy/critical strike chance as you upgrade it.

As Armadyl associates with the Ranged skill a lot, it would make sense to make the reward a Ranged related item.
Thus, The Surge Aurora was born! Coming here to save the
potato wedges!

Nothing. That. Requires. New. Graphics.

The first might see some use in Slayer, but since no bows that use actual arrows are considered viable against Kree'arra, I doubt it'll make much of a splash in the long run.

The second sounds kinda nice. Maybe give the feather some teleports too.

* Minimal graphics* Ideally not combat related* Should be relevant to novice players as well as high level players. * Must be small in scope (i.e not unlock large new gameplay features and the like) Hmmm, I saw this on the wiki. According to Armacus, the guardians of armadyl dislikes being in the temple and are looking for other hiding places. - I edited it slightlyMaybe a bottle quest could be a direct prequil to the upcoming rite of passage, where the player guides the guardians of armadyl towards the portal to Abbinah, where some members of the order hope to start new lives or honor armadyl, but once the adventurer wish to enter, the portal collapses, blocking access towards the world. The clan portal could be used as the portal towards Abinnah. EXP is not important, it's important to have fun and play with your friends. :) - Lopendebank3

That would also require Temple of Ikov though... Although Kimi Mela does have a point.
WE2 had a lot of Armadyl soldiers and such wearing really cool gear and we never got to see any of it for player use. I'd love those cloaks for instance.

So perhaps access to an Aviansie vendor selling Armadyl equipment could be another idea?
I'm not sure how hard it'd be to turn those assets into equipment players can use, but since the troops and followers are humans and use the normal human model it shouldn't be too hard to make some equippables since the graphics are already there...I hope.

The equipment can be low level if it looks good, like Owen's shield. That way it can be used for the keepsake system but it's also useful for novice players, thus providing an incentive for both high and low level players to do the quest.

If you wanted cosmetics, there are also:
The Guardians of Armadyl outfits. You don't need to have Temple of Ikov completed. (it might also give graphics an excuse to update their graphical models as well)
You can have the normal Guardian Outfit or Idria's (leader's) outfit.

Any of the Solomon's Store Armadyl aligned items that are not in shop *discontinued*

Kamiee's (world event 2) outfit

Taka'ara's Staff (WE2, Sliske's Endgame)

Avianese Spear (As seen in GWD1 or Flock Leader Geerin)

Flight Kilisa's 2 swords

Any of the outfit pieces of Taw'Paak

Alright here's what I propose. After doing the quest, Armadyl and Bandos followers (including non-gwd monster such as Warbands and regular Goblins) start dropping the metal bits from WE2. These can be taken to Armadyl's tower, to the anvil, and turned into the WE2 cosmetic weapons. Alternately, they can be given to Gee'ka (who will be re-added) in exchange for smithing bonus EXP (nothing crazy, but scales with level and makes GWD tasks a little more worthwhile). After a certain amount, you unlock a title. Also, Warpriest drops for Armadyl and Bandos in GWD are raised to the level participants in the event get, which is great for Invention.

Here's an oddball:
Feather that acts as an Invention Device while training Agility.

The feather device can give a passive boost to Agility (slightly less likely to fail an obstacle).
The feather device, as you go on agility courses, gains item XP much the same way as any other tool/weapon/armor.

This feather device would go into the pocket slot (that way it doesn't compete with other Agility related items).

The feather device would be augmentable with room for a single slot.
It would be treated similarly to a tool device.
It could have further limits to the perks that could be added. (ie: Wise, Enlightened, Efficient, Glow worm, Hallucinogenic, Talking, etc)

If you wanted to make it relatable to everyone:
The Feather would be a pocket slot item that everyone can use. Thus everyone gets the passive Agility boost.
The Feather itself is augmentable (like Crystal or Dragon Tools, any of the T70+ armor/weapons). Thus, higher level players would have 1 more reason to use it as they could double down in training Agility AND Invention (siphon or disassemble the augmented feather)
