Veteran capes are for every account old enough to receive them, F2P or P2P.

Max/Comp capes do not exist for free players. The 20 Year cape should be available to all accounts old enough to claim it, just like all the other Veteran capes. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

I've got 15yr cape on my main and ranger mage pure (I was that ranger mage pure everyone loved/hated so much that they created osrs to imitate).

Hope they make 20yr cape tho... that'd be sweet. Dear God, please send the competition, feels like there ain't any.
I long lost count of the victories, there were just far too many.

Im thinking that person still wanted the cape to be available for everyone but have an option to add the logos to max/comp like you can add logos to Herald cape.

Yet like i said, as the others you cant do that plus that isnt the point of max/comp, it truly doesnt make any sense.

There are plenty of accounts from beta then classic which moved to rs2 / rs3 which are more than 20 years old but the system did not track the date till about early 2002 that's why the cape can not come out till then.

It does not help when a lot of them vets accounts have been sold by gold farming sites and are not the real owners.

As others have said, account creation tracking didn't begin until Feb. 2002. More importantly, there are plenty of players active from that time. My account is 18+ years old. We may not be a large population, but we're here, and still playing fairly regularly.

I for one would very much enjoy a 20-year Veteran cape. Just hope Jagex doesn't disappoint.

As 1 of the few people who is probably still playing as the original owner of this account. I can say I have been waiting for this 20 year vet cape to come out. Hopefully in February of 2022 they will release or at least give more info. I intend on buying it the day it does come out.
