Add a limit on the amount of accounts that an individual may be allowed to use (ie 5).

An easy solution would be make it so the prize pool can't be diluted by another account winning. Simply make it where every ticket has the same odds or winning without there being a fixed number of prizes.

That would work too Against Raffle Rigging since 2015

Imagine typing over a thousand posts all about some guy hurting your chances of winning some mustard-colored variant of gear that is readily available in the game.

I am talking about the issue of raffle rigging in general, please respect that :) .

I am also an Ironman, so cannot and do not participate in the raffle. My chances of winning are nil to begin with and therefore not hurt personally. This is to try and do the right thing for the community Against Raffle Rigging since 2015

The raffle is the most important part of runescape so yeah. Hopefully they start thinking about it

In all seriousness it is obvious they don't need to go monitoring every single account, but if they notice any suspicious behaviour (such as an email address having multiple accounts enter) then they can look into it.
