"Who do you trust"

Myself and myself only. Why do I need to trust anybody when I am the one who play RS3 and talk about RS3 Recent Game Update with my own opinions?

"We already know the Vorkath we got is inspired by the one we got in Old School RuneScape because of its lore."

Definitely not true as I have already shown you long, long ago in 2010, the Necromancy, Dracolich, and Dark Gods idea has already been officially shown in the introductory official cinematic trailer of RS3 Signature Heroes trailer. I have already provided the official the official Jagex link.

We know Vorkath is a failed Ungael Dragonkin experiment from OSRS. That's the only thing that shares the common bond between RS3 and OSRS but nothing else, and thankfully so I can easily say the RS3 Vorkath is very much alive and kicking butts in all cylinders, and we don't even need to know if the OSRS Vorkath is dead content because we have absolutely different Vorkath content in RS3.

Hello @0P ... I mean, if we simply look at one encounter alone - TzKal-Zuk (aka Zuk the TRUE, Champion of the Fire ) in Rs3 vs. Osrs - both delivering capes of prestige with different requirements.

We can see distinct differences between both encounters, both punishing in their own right with both being different including the Rs3 version containing a normal and hard mode to name 1 difference.

I may agree Vorkath (if extracted into Rs3) - is underwelming and didn't even know it was in OSRS til just now but Jagex will surely update this encounter and/or release Future EPIC bosses such as Lord Zamorak, Elite Dungeons 1,2,3, Master Rasial, The Chillin' beginer friendly but ever so more increasing in potency w/ enrage, Arch Glacor, Vorago, Raids, and let us never forget the BIGGEST OG Solo Boss - Telos, the Warden.

In addition, the skilling and quests - through 2007 are certainly going to be similiar as OSRS is a game-state from Runescape's 2007 version if we look at this at the level of mineral soil (very basic level view for comparisons sake).

However, Runescape 3 easily has the upper hand in both skilling and quests and clue scroll hunting and events and more if you ask me. It ain't copy and pasted / recycled etc.

I don't see the issue here (at-least from the view of a Rs3 player). Also we have necromancy.

Of course, because even for old quests like Rune Mysteries, Doric Quest, Shield of Arrav/Hero Quest, RS3 totally remastered them especially to the better gaming experiene of new players, nothing copy and pasted/recycled.

Closing this as

- The OP has not returned to explain which updates he is referring too

- Whichever updates they may have been referring to have been in game for more than two weeks now & are no longer a topic for this particular forum
