Twillow is a Forum Moderator and we Forum Mods are just regular players. We can't fix things with the game anymore than you can. Just like you, all we can do is report bugs, as we come across them.

Chritmas Spirit can be used to buy Letters to Santa, they will save us some time for completing Daily Challenges among other minor tasks each day for our chance to get a big ticket festive Black Partyhat.

I am not sure if they can be used for something else in the future, and I hope they do.

You can only buy them the next day if you don't get 3 Letters to post for a Nice Point today. Let's say, some people don't want to "grind" Daily Challenges, they are going to miss out a Letter, but the good news is they can buy it the NEXT DAY with Christmas Spirit.

Although personally I don't consider spending just minutes a day on Daily Challenges as a big "grinding" deal, understandably so somebody may rather save a few minutes and that's where this buy-missed-Letter-to-Santa-with-Christmas-Spirit offer comes to handy. After all, a minute saved is a minute earned, especially when a minute saved may mean a lot more fun on other content like RS3's forever quests and lore based content, or a million or 10 million gp for those who'll rather spend them on gp making content.

Still, I think it will help if we can have more ways to spend the present Christmas Spirit for Christmas Yet to Come. :)

Did you repeat the reference on consecutive days because I didn't take the bait the first time? Lolol, okay, here you go:

Depending on what you have toggled, yes, doubling can be a daily grind (see dung), for the same single Santa letter. If it were only "ten more logs"! lolol

Would be very nice if spirit carried over. We shall see, eh?

This was a surprise promotional sweetener. I don't think any player expected it.

But I feel a little cheated, as I had just purchased the large holiday pack a couple of days before hand and burned through 950 keys that it came with.

So... anyone else miss out on a couple of guaranteed Purple Santa Hats because of this?
