Just so you know I didn't just make a f2p account to make any post here I'm coming up on my 15 year cape on my main with 2 alt accounts. As far as the make over mage it is different because you can change to what you fell like with out anyone knowing what you really are. But when you bring the pronouns into a quest every one has no choice whether or not they want to see them. Even if someone want to have it in there RSname it would be there preference.

We all know, there's a membership badge surrounded by the date you became a member that shows how long you've been a member. That's how we know the thread creator posted on a non-members account. Pretty sure this isn't a free to play quest so they didn't even do the quest on that account.

What's so bad about pronouns? What pronoun does my default face say? What about Immortialized's bearded female chat head?

BTW, you used the pronoun them. It is offensive because women with beards exist and you should not assume or imply they would prefer a different pronoun because of it.

"Them" is completely appropriate here as it refers to a plural group of people, which is correct grammar in the English language. Buy Zemomarks / Chromatic Partyhats safely here

No one mentioned preferred pronouns. You made a post suggesting that a woman with a beard should be referred to with a different pronoun than what you would use to refer to women in general, and I told you that implication is offensive. If you need to jump through a bunch of mental gymnastics to justify it, you are free to do so, but you clearly need to learn to respect women before commenting on such matters.
