I didn't want a reward and i try to convert it into Heartments, i have only 4 items in my backpack, and much bank space, the game still doesn't allow it, i'm not sure why.

Please help me

I tried to take out some items, to have more than 50 space in my bank, but I still can't claim the heartments. that method didn't work for me. I have 4 items in my backpack.

You're using 311 + 436 = 747 out of the 370 available space. Cleaning up that little won't do.

Thanks for the heads up. This is very frustrating because I see a few items in that store that I would like, and would strongly prefer to claim the Heartments instead of the items Faces of RuneScape (Selfies): 23-24-700-66015963
