OK, I meant to write compared to Daily Challenge, not Yak Track.
The statement still holds:
What is very valuable to one is worthless to another.
Hero Pass give 95 cosmetic rewards, xp and content buffs, various useful items like bags of components, taijitsu, shattered anima etc, and of course 3 xp prismatic lamps to skills of our choices.
Daily challenges just gave xp to fixed skills, random to most players and TH keys.
Plenty of players think Hero Pass give better rewards just having us do anything we want.

Daily challenges coming back + content buffs getting remvoed next update.
That's right!
So we are 100% rewards from the new Hero Pass will be head and shoulders above the rewards of Daily Challenge no matter how one calculates it, as we are getting rewards from Hero Pass

Jagex admitted they made a mistake.
They acknowledged that the way they initially did things was wrong, and needed to be reversed.

This has nothing to do with the reward. Don't you agree rewards from Hero Pass
PLUS
the original 3 Daily Challenges are better than just rewards from only the 3 Daily Challenges?
I have always maintained my main issue was the removal of the Daily Challenge system. It really was lovely in terms of its accessibility, speed of completion, and ability to customize where you wanted those pops of EXP to happen.
I don’t have a problem with keeping & tweaking the Hero Pass system as a replacement to Yak track. I am hopeful that there will be dialog in the upcoming days, between the community and Jagex as to how we can make this new system a valued refresh of the old Yak system, and encourages monetization but in such a way that other players who are members but aren’t Premier for various reasons can still enjoy the benefits of Dailies when they are restored.
My feedback to add with improving the Hero Pass system would be to make the interfaces more simplified (or at least a couple of interface designs we can choose from?), and possibly to be able to place settings on what skills we want to receive challenges in, and which ones we don’t. I for one, at this time don’t want to receive a challenge in Construction which I recently achieved 120 in, but I might welcome a Farming or Invention challenge to push me the last little way to 200m. So some sort of choice system would be nice, or a way to reroll challenges using vis wax which a lot of other players have expressed concerns about its purpose in the wake of the changes. These are just my thoughts and putting them out there. I’m not really interested in debating with anybody whether or not they agree or not.
I for one, thank you Jagex for listening to all of us and ultimately doing the right thing. It is appreciated and I hope to be a valued contributor to your community for the years to come! I enjoyed being a part of the Suggestion Team in the ages past and although I’ve gotten old and grey you can be assured that the eternal observer of the arcane, is in fact, still watching

Tell you what. You admit that jagex made a mistake by removing the old Daily Challenge system.
Admit that they were in the wrong, and that's why they are planning to bring it back, because they even acknowledged their mistake.
Then I'll rethink my position huh, how about it?
Should be fairly simple compromise, unless you are maybe contractually obligated not to make negative statements against jagex haha, that would be weird right? haha
