The return of Hidden Updates also set players in motion.
We have the similar MMO feeling years ago when Jmods put hidden updates in many updates.
lmao? the hidden update that u can do in like 5 minutes and get a wand that people are just gonna destroy until they do the other half of it? doesnt make that feel anymore MMOish to me but ok

The really for fun players won't just look at a guide. It took plenty of players a day or more to figure it out. Plenty didn't even know where to start.
good for them doesnt change the fact just because they add a secret update doesnt make the game any funner after its done its just a hidden update again doesnt change the feeling at all

They don't have to have fun but whenever they are engaged by the update, they make the game more MMO-ish to other players.

Runescape has always been a MMORPG.
How is RS being a MMO a recent update?
Being called an MMORPG and being felt like an MMORPG are two very different things.
Mod Jack has some comments regarding the identity of Runescape in his last livestream. He has his thoughts on whether Runescape is co-op RPG or MMORPG, so do the others.
What did Mod Jack say about it? The part I saw he was talking like any multiplayer content is a disaster. I think he even called it a single player game.

He said some content wasn't designed for multiplayer, but some are. Obviously they wouldn't turn divination into community divination and there would be no Wildyness Flash Events if it is a single player game.
