Things that make me go hmmm.
Support page banner showing heavy traffic, delayed response. As far as I know that's been up for like 9 of the last 10 months.
Saying that the extended logout timer was a way to improve Jagex accounts based on player feedback. The what?
Luring in general. Why is the player base so resistant? We can assume the invited players and those heavily interested in the system were among the first to sign up. That pool dried up real fast it seems.
Has the email system been thoroughly tested by those players? Beyond the initial login? Reliable 24/7?
When the launcher was down a few weeks ago, it was barely a blip on the radar. That was both games, it was on the support page for both games. With the system not fully working, players had no problem using alternate login methods to get in.
How many players with Jagex accounts are using alternate methods regardless? Should every player link their account to multiple 3rd parties to ensure access? Is that expected? I never really understood the concept.
Will there be a new updated survey? Or is that another case of changing plans mid-stream?
