Man, Forums have been quiet last day or two. Wonder why... "Revenge...is like a rolling stone, which, when a man hath forced up a hill, will return upon him with a greater violence, and break those bones whose sinews gave it motion."- Jeremy Taylor

lol you were like 10 minutes away from me. hope you liked C Springs : p
Definitely, although we were only there for one night and for dinner we tried out that Italian restaurant called Paravicini's. The parking was a little confusing for an out of towner but the food was good stuff. Forgot the name of the dish I had but it was some kind of spaghetti where the noodles were soaked in ink and there were fried squid heads in it as well.

The landscape is really what got me, down here in Texas I'm in the flatlands along the coast so I don't get to experience hilly or mountain landscape much. But there in Colorado it was mountain highways with steep inclines and declines everywhere! It was simply amazing, drove a good loop thru the mountainous region of the state.

Wanted to drive Highway 550 but the portion south of Ridgeway was shutdown due to the fires so when we left Telluride we drove a loop down and around to the west then back east towards Durango then Pagosa Springs.
