I just read Haggis is illegal to import into the USA, it's even illegal to make it inside the USA due to the sheeps liver being part of the ingredient. I wonder if you exclude the sheep liver if it will be legal??
There is a lot of weird import laws for the US surprisingly, even within the states. Like you can't transport produce unique to Hawaii off the island to a different state within the US or foreign country. In fact, their airport had that law quite obviously posted at their security lines.
Krystelle had a neat little thread about weird laws around the world. When I read about the haggis it reminded me of her thread somewhere in Off Topic.
