She might have received a temp ban. They sometimes issue those as a 'warning'. Then come back and started doing it again because she's either (A) really, really stupid or (B) it's a stolen account and whatever it's botting is being transferred to other accounts so it don't matter if that original botting account gets banned.

Then again, there's option (C) - she's a very inefficient player.
