COME ON! Jagex. I farm basilisks as a iron man for slayer and I finally get mystic hat and then server crashes. I try to send ticket but it tells me osrs can not resolve missing or lost items. what is this game?!?! been out for 10 years and still can't get it right.

They were posting about constant server problems since March 17th, sadly not on their actual website since that date but they've been on Twitter (stupid using a third party site for official messages) nearly every day lately warning players not to do anything too risky due to the on-going issues.
