Mod Timbo I believe once mentioned on a stream once that he has to manually put in approximate prices himself to update the GE - which you can imagine he can't always do.

They update way too slowly, especially for low volume/discontinued rate items.
The action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired.
