Second please lose all the CAPS. Very hard to read posts with every word in CAPS.

Also if you have billing issues then this thread will not get you the Custom help and advice you need to deal with your issue.

You will need to make a nice calm thread with a lot less CAPS in the Community Led Payment Support section. Explain your issue in a nice calm manner and you will get the help and advice you need.
