People who don't see even the small SCUM is having like 20 times players as OSRS on Steam must be in big self denials.

Even Mod Sween has recently appeared with his sad face asking for apologies about the insane botting situation in OSRS. If the new owner comes and clear bots, they may find OSRS has nothing left and repurpose their investments.
