We are getting onto preparation for combat now!

The very useful thing to me to prepare for is to learn how to command multiple familiars. We can only have one familiar in RS3 now, thanks to Summoning. However, Necromancy will allow us to command a horde of familiars IN ADDITION to our regular summoned familiar.

We can buff our conjured necromancy "familars", buff them and direct them to attack multiple targets. This will be very new to players of all Jagex Runescape franchise games, but players of other games may have already learned and enjoyed such great commanding fun.

I am going to recall my knowledges of playing summoner classes in other games like WoW and mentally prepare myself to use them in Necromancy when it comes. It is going to be a whole new way of playing combat and summoning for RS3 players.

DXP Live is on now. It is the greatest time for skillers to get Herblore, Smithing, Crafting and RC levels to best prepared for Necromancy which comes in 10 days, immediately after the end of DXP Live.

Anachronia activities like Herby Werby and Dream of Iaia are some of the great ways to gain Herblore, and Crafting xp fast.

Save your grimoire pages until you're 80+ Necro. Use it somewhere AoE. People still need to realise AoE is where your highest xp gains will come from.

There are certain multicombat training areas that noone has considered that will become important. Aggression potions, and luring with surge and bladed dive are essential. AoE dps'ing is all about adding up small margins.

Stock up on powerburst of vitality and vulnerability bombs during this DXP.

I would expect a player like you to take the combat path rather than rituals, I know you may need to do some for the unlocks but that tab looks a bit OTT :)

I am thinking wyvern bones for early levels, frost/bandos bones for mid-level and rune dragon bones for late levels but got 1-2 k of all types anyway but saying that 2k will only last about 16 hours of game play.
