things you need:

5 abyssal beasts in your POSD (the small room)
blood reaver binding contract
torstol incense
lantadyme incense

weapon perks
MH - Precise 6 / ruthless 1
OH - Aftershock 4 (a4e2 would be better but its costly and i got unlucky with my tries)

armour perks
body - relentless 5 / crackling 4 ----- biting 3 / demon slayer
legs - enhanced dev ---- impatient 4 / undead slayer (the only benefit here is impatient)


revo ability bar, everything in the yellow is all you need. but i do occasionally click threads of fate and demon slayer sigil. but its not needed at all.



this is the set up im using. i am using t90 tank gear here, but i will be using t90 power (or if i want to splurge, ill get t95) when using power armour im sure the xp will be even more


penance aura = no need for prayer potions


so yeah if you are looking for entirely afk method, this is 1m+ xp per hour and you only need to click elder overload and aggression potion every 8 minutes.



obviously depending on lvl and equipment this can vary so try it and find out.

You still don't get it. I am not strictly talking about training Necromancy. I am pretty sure combat oriented players prefer training Necromancy through killing. Everyone needs souls from rituals for Talent Points. I am suggesting how players who want to level Necromancy through combat to minimize their time to spent on rituals that they will still need to do to complete all kinds of key progression in Necromancy and again, not just hitting 120 Necromancy.

Well the other day I tried out powerful essence rituals, with overloads(not high enough yet). I didn't realize I could of done this before because it raises the necro 17+ or so lvls. And I also kept basic rituals candles all way till now..switched that up to the greater ritual candles. I think it makes it last longer.

But with this ritual it takes up sooo much essence.. I'll be finished with 20k that I have in no time.

I like combat as an alternative and it's cheaper :)
