How can I remove the kicking permission from Admin+ ranks?
How can I remove the rank-changing permission from Admin+ ranks?
How can I stop Admin+ ranks changing the clan motif, motto and keywords?

At the moment several permissions cannot be removed from admin+ ranks.
These are:
- The ability to kick clan members
- The ability to change the clan motif, motto and keywords
- The ability to change ranks

So there is currently no way to stop admins+ editing these areas of the clan =(

However, it appears that Jagex may be working on making these permissions more flexible, so hopefully the issue will be resolved in the near future :) -

How can I check if someone has visited the citadel or capped?

If you open the window where the names of the people currently in clan chat are listed, you will notice there is a golden arrow (pointing left) to the right of each name. Click this arrow and then the money icon that appears to be shown how what resources that clan member has collected in the citadel this week. It will also tell you if a clan member has not been in the citadel.

Note that you need to be on the same world as the person you are checking in order to successfully check his resource count. -

Our leader has been banned – can we replace him/her?

Original message details are unavailable.
Where a Clan Leader has been permanently banned we will remove them from Clan Ownership so that the ownership passes to a deputy. But you would need to provide the details of which clan so we could investigate further.

So far they have been flagged on an individual basis in this forum and been dealt with when they have.


Note:
- The gold key will be pass onto the second highest rank of the clan.
- If there are several deputies, all except the one chosen to continue as leader should be demoted to overseer to ensure that the correct player is given the owner rank. -
