Hi Clan Leaders -
Just wanted to hop into the thread with an update as many of you have been waiting on these changes and (outstandingly) patient with us on this.
Short term, our plan is to get up to date with this thread in December before we break for the year. We'll post back if anything changes that plan!
Medium term, we're looking to update this system entirely. Development are looking at a system that can transfer ownership when inactive leaders are identified - and if we can scope it into our production plans, that will make waiting for us to be able to resolve this manually redundant in the future.
As a bit of added context, the diligence involved in making these changes manually takes quite a bit of time as it's really important we protect this from being abused.
Changes in the team over the course of the past year or so have disrupted our usual workflow for supporting inactive clan leader changes, but we are actively working on a solution to that problem as we speak.
Once we have that in place (also hopefully by the end of the year), we'll post back on how often we'll be acting on the requests in this thread so you know what to expect.
A big thank you again for all the patience and I'll hopefully be back with good news in the coming weeks.
