Asking again as had no luck last time

Our clan leaders account got banned. Can the ownership be transferred to our deputy owner either ZEUS HC or Z EU S

We are in contact with him irl, he hasnt been on for a little while but is still playing. We want to get control of our clan back. Thank you :D

Blue has been MIA for quite some time, well over a year.. I need to do some promotions of some folks to Deputy, that have helped me greatly with keeping things going, and need to be able to make a few other changes. I'm listed as replacement owner and ranked as deputy, and have been since I joined.

Additional Information: Current clan owner has been inactive for several years now and we can no longer contact her via any platform. Clan has 4 deputy owners but one has also quit playing and one is very inactive. The one deputy owner who still plays besides me has given his support to this change.

Our Owner is Lucian 927
I am one of the original five starting members in 2011
There may be a deputy out there who does not engage in communicating with or helping the clan - at all.
I have asked to be deputy only for over a year.
I was a member of the original legends clan before citadel at which point 5 of us started this clan- the owner of legends was no longer able to play.
Come on guys - I have waited a long time on the system here.

Additional Information: I have been trying to get the clan back together for the past few years because it meant a lot to us young teens fumbling through life reunite as adults etc. We have managed to find a spot on discord but would like the get the old clan back in RS. We have been unable to locate any of the players in the clan nor do we think they are even still active. A lot of the clan members left due to the toxic leadership an inactivity including the original owner of the clan. I do not have any active members of the clan that can vouch but I do have about 20 previous members who do play still that can vouch and are looking to get back into the clan.
