Additional Information: Convergent was banned quite a while ago and was accidentally added as clan owner. Amsterdam5th used to be clan owner before this and we would like to have it put back into his name. Clan staff agrees that Amsterdam5th should own the clan.

September 1st is the last time we heard from Juicy Soup on Discord. The last time Juicy Soup logged in in game and was active is around that time too last year. Last milestone in adventurer's log dates back to August 23rd 2022. They connected once on November 15th 2022 for about five minutes in which span they didn't reply to any messages admins or other clan mates sent them -both in clan chat and via direct messages-, proceeded to gain 153xp in woodcutting, according to the third party tool RunePixels, and then logged off. It's been complete radio silence since September 1st.

Even if the rules specifically states one year of total inactivity in game, I plead you to review this case with the additional information I have posted in mind, as I would not count that one log in "activity". If Juicy had said anything that day then I would not be writing this post today.

Rokudaiiime is the only Deputy Owner bar me, and I've talked to them prior to writing this post. They agree to me getting clan ownership but they can also write down an approval in here if necessary.

Our clan leaders account got banned. Can the ownership be transferred to our deputy owner either ZEUS HC or Z EU S

We are in contact with him irl, he hasnt been on for a little while but is still playing. We want to get control of our clan back. Thank you :D

We have been trying to resolve this issue since the begining of the year , we have tried posting in reddit , twitter , getting mods to help us but we still have no luck.
Our Clan is Tier 7 , 500 members , very active ... It's really a shame that our clan is in this situation right now and we would all very much appreciate it if this issue can be resolved.

We have also posted a previus post here from one of our overseer ObiSooth but didn't have luck yet ....

This has been an ongoing issue with the inactivity of the owner, we are not sure what happened to them or if their account is still in good standing. The owner has been inactive for quite some time and because of this; we are unable to keep our clan of 100+ maintained and running well. While we love our clan owner, we want to be able to do what needs to be done for our clan. Furthermore, it should be noted that we have no way to contact our clan owner. The clan owner has stated before that he would hand off ownership if he were to go inactive but hasn't done so. Please help us get this situated.

Vouching for what AZ Naberius said about Ancient Zeal ; unfortunately the clan leader has been gone for some time, with the rare login without saying anything in clan chat or updating us on his whereabouts (from what I've seen). Like Naberius said, transfer of ownership has been mentioned in the past, but we have no way of contacting the current owner. We are limited in what we can do for our clan currently without having an active owner, and would appreciate this change being made.
