Help! does anyone know the answer? or know how to find out the Official policy of Jagex?

Following the rule change concerning Multiple accounts:-

Could you please clarify:-

If an account is an Avatar Warden, can another account owned by the same player benefit from the buff supplied by the Avatar.

Yes, if an account is an Avatar Warden, another account owned by the same player can benefit from the buff supplied by the Avatar. As much as I might wish they did not. :)
