I heard there's a relatively new way to get warning messages when someone grabs and avatar, logs out with it, etc.
Are these messages togglable? Because we don't seem to get any in our cc.

Yes

Your leader can click on 'Clan Settings' at the bottom of clan chat, 'Clan Settings' again in the window that opens and then 'Open Clan Broadcast Settings' for a list of togglable broadcasts
