Is there a way to know which clan member has summoned a cit avatar?
If their username could be identified in the clan chat this would be so helpful. I E.:
Their name highlighted; or underlined; for some icon to denote they have ava out.
If the clan member does not dismiss the ava, for some reason (dc'd etc.) when they log back in the ava notation would still be linked to that clan member.

Time frame is 6 hours after taking out avatar it automatically returns.

Indeed, but what the question was is

how long does someone need to be logged out with the avatar before it stopped logging back in with them.

I don't know either

You need to "order" the upgrade.

Go to the citadel interface where it shows the cosmetic upgrades - you need to select the dot that is at the avatar pool. You can then select which pool you can build, and it will be added to your upgrades list.

Not in game atm so will give more details when i get there .
