Wow. This is a great guide.
So, from your testing, would you say that it would be faster to not bank your nats and just withdraw the essence and go?

Very, Very nice guide legolas got me really crafting well
Only thing im having problems with at this moment is banking, ive set up my bank as recommended but i still cannot achieve the lightning speed banking and pouch filling that some people get going, this is most likely my fault lol but am i missing anything obvious?

just to ask how much nats do u average on an hour, and how much exp?
oh yeah, with rest update, people with high agility sometimes dont even need super energys
