Recently I was runecrafting in world 150 (french world) by accident. There were very few people online in that world, and I noticed that I could do my Graahk runs significantly faster.
In a near-empty world, loading areas takes less time. So you are faster in castlewars, faster at the graahk teleport spot and faster in the nature altar. Definitely something to consider.

"Using Bank all
This way is proven to be faster, for this method you need a full bank, once you have teleported to Castle Wars click bank and press the button “Empty your backpack into your bank. It will bank your Nature runes, and thus saving you a Right click. "

Huh?? Using Bank All will put my 3 pouches in, thus clicking them again to put in my invo and setting them up again. How does Bank All help ???
