Maybe. A few people ik suggested it was related to a banned account's stock, but idk the specifics of how that works.

I remember this past summer there was a similar situation with addy ores. I was not on limit but I had a buy offer in for 4k while I had a sell offer for 3k and neither were filling. I'm having a hard time remembering the details, but I think they were inbing when I put in a buy offer for 3.1k (with the 4k buy still not filling) and insing for 3.8k (with the 3k sell still not filling).

Strange

So you think Jagex might have put a banned account's large stock of frost bones back into the game? I suppose that's possible.
